Hey, Andrew! I can tell that my workouts are making a difference in a big way—life tasks are just easier with my conditioning. This has never been more apparent than the other day. I had a fairly large shipment from a retailer that arrived damaged and had to return to the UPS store to be returned to the warehouse. It was so bulky I initially thought to have it picked up from my house. After an unsuccessful attempt at getting a pickup, I decided to throw caution to the wind and take it myself. This box barely fit in my large SUV but I was able to manage it. When I got to the UPS store, I was literally able to carry this large bulky box one armed while I held my son’s hand to cross the street. As I walked in, the clerk’s face was agape. It was hilarious! Thanks for making me laugh today! And more importantly, thank you for helping get me into the shape necessary to make this task easy!
I have been working with Andrew for over 7 years now. He listens carefully to my goals and concerns and develops workouts that help to deliver on those goals. I love the way he leverages the top technology in the industry to deliver the training outlines in the most effective and user friendly fashion possible, with excellent videos demonstrating the techniques and substitution options if one exercise cannot be performed due to equipment, etc. over our time together, he has upgraded his training platform multiple times. Andrew is very knowledgeable and encouraging, and watches closely to make sure I am doing the exercises correctly. This gives me reassurance that I will not injure myself with improper technique.
There is no wasted time in the 45 minute session. If he chooses an exercise that I am unable to do, or isn’t a good fit for me, we move on to something else. Andrew will then come up with an exercise that works for me and achieves the same results. I really appreciate this because it prevents frustration and feeling defeated.
The sessions are not repetitive, but there is enough familiarity with the exercises that after a few times, I feel comfortable and confident in what I’m doing.
At the end of the sessions, I feel that I’ve had a good, balanced work out, without boredom or complete exhaustion. I highly recommend Andrew if you want a customized work-out with an excellent trainer, who is always very encouraging. - Karen
